orphanage
if you've ever followed the links to the right and checked out the orphanage/church project you'll be happy to learn that it's finally completed! don't have final pictures of the dedication but that will come in the next week or so. i'll post when they arrive. pretty cool.
all in all life is going really well but it's not without it's drama. amy is stomaching pregnancy as well as can be expected. so far she's not tossing cookies like she did with isaac but they have been known to fly on occasion. she more deals with constant exhaustion. this seems to be par for the course. when she was pregnant with isaac we would literally spend 4 hours watching tv in our big chair together. those days are long gone. all we can hope to do now is work on perfecting our zone defense. man coverage is no longer an option. she had her first doc appt. today. they said she is pregnant and that she's not faking. it's always good to get the expert opinion. next month we should get to hear the heart beat.
the leap of faith feels quit a bit like a leap - that stomach churning, oh no i'm going to die, kind of feeling. but i do feel like progress is being made. certainly is not a conventional way to do things. but then, i've discovered God is not into conventions. though, i bet He frequents the star trek ones when ever possible - it's like going to the zoo but different. more dangerous because there's no cages.
much love to you all. let me see if i can find any new pictures to post for the media starved. oh, one just came to mind but it's a surprise for the folks at work. i'll post it next week. someone remind me.
